 Mulcoa 47 NC
Mulcoaź 47 NC is a high mullite content aggregate that is produced by a unique process and calcined in order to obtain maximum mullite and no cristobalite. The free silica is kept in the amorphous phase by the addition of
potassium oxide in a controlled manner. This results in the optimum amount of potassium oxide that is sufficient to
keep all excess silica in a stable amorphous form that does not re-crystallize.
