Description:
T-1064 Tabular Alumina is high purity alumina processed by CE Minerals at our facility in Andersonville, Georgia. It is available in both granular and power particle sizes and is a essentially pure alumina exhibiting high density, low porosity, high mechanical strength, extreme hardness, inurtness to chemical attack and resistence to wear.
Applications:
Grade T-1064 is a principal raw material
used in the manufacture of high alumina refractories. All grades are used
in the manufacture of kiln furniture and electrical insulators. Graded
products are also used in catalyst supports and in investment casting.
Ground products are used in all the above as well as in plastics.
